Introducing Tetramap®

Tetramap® uses ‘sticky’ learning and the wisdom of nature to transform team performance, develop leaders, build stronger relationships and foster inclusion.

Tetramap is a nature-inspired behavioral learning model that is simple, playful and practical, leading to sustained change in team and workplace cultures.   When we understand our own and others’ natures, we can enhance collaboration and team performance. Tetramap® helps leaders and teams improve communication, reduce conflict, and understand the strength that lies in valuing our differences.

How it works

We start with an introduction to Tetramap®, using metaphors from nature to illustrate how we show up and our impact on others in the workplace through our preferred behavioral styles. Then we explore the nature of different styles, and how to flex our styles so we can relate to others in positive and productive ways. From there, we explore how different styles react under stress, when leading or when encountering challenges. Through interactive exercises and ‘sticky’ learning, participants come to appreciate the contributions that everyone brings to teams and projects.

What We Offer

Half-day workshop

Participants learn about the Tetramap® behavioral framework, and gain an understanding of their own elemental natures of Earth, Air, Water and Fire as well as others' behavioral preferences. Then they explore ways to adapt their styles to build trust, bring out the best in others, and appreciate the value that everyone brings to a team or project.

Full-day workshop

The full day workshop explores more deeply how our styles react when working under stressful conditions, stepping into leadership roles or developing strategy. This workshop is valuable for leaders and managers of people and projects alike.

Bespoke or custom workshops

Tetramap is easily integrated into other learning and development programs and existing events. We've found it to be a fun, engaging way to kick off annual retreats, strategy sessions or team-building exercises, as it gives people a common language that can be used throughout an organization to connect and contribute to positive culture change.

Bring your vision to life

Map Your Leadership Odyssey

In this 60-minute workshop, individuals create a leadership odyssey board and map their goals, intentions, values and steps for getting there. The odyssey board is a helpful, practical and fun tool for when you’re working through a transition in your life or feeling called to move in a new direction. Participants leave with a holistic vision for their lives (personal and professional), and clear steps for bringing the vision to life. Some prework and materials required i.e., pens, markers, sticky notes, bulletin board or large sheet of cardboard.
