Sharon’s facilitation skills are remarkable: she established a safe environment for sharing that allowed equitable participation in academic groups conformed by people in very different career stages and diverse demographics. Her methods are carefully designed to further diversity, equity, inclusivity and accessibility, and to establish a shared understanding and consensus around the decisions being made. Without a doubt, Sharon helped us achieve our goals under very difficult circumstances and it was a pleasure working with her.

Learning about my behavioral nature through the TetraMap tool has led me to build stronger and more diverse project teams, which has helped us communicate and be more creative. I highly recommend it to discover your natural inclinations and use it to build better relationships with colleagues and enhance the diversity of your teams.

Luneer’s Regenerative Leadership Series was just what I needed: A new way to think about how to work with and cultivate the diverse talents and perspectives present on my team. I found the nature-inspired perspective presented in this series to be so compatible with how I want to work with my colleagues:  in an ecosystem of mutual respect that evolves over time. Given the level of training that I received and quality of the sessions, I found this series to be an excellent value! I apply the perspective daily in my work (and home) life!

Sharon Ryan was instrumental in advancing collaboration between the University of Florida and U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center. What set her apart was her gift for facilitation, bringing together researchers and stakeholders across disciplines and keeping everyone aligned toward shared goals.
